Westwind Memory Care

Westwind Memory Care Community is a home of care and support for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other related dementias. Every aspect of the community is designed with the resident in mind, from the building features to the individualized Life Engagement Program. At Westwind we offer three meals and snacks daily, 24-hour on site care staff, weekly housekeeping and linen service and medication management. Opening early 2016 we are delighted to part of the Santa Cruz community.
