A Woman-Focused Studio prviding a women-safe community vibe for women to get fit, feel healthy, and experience the power in their bodies. I've transitioned from a everyone-centered teaching to a women-centered focus. My FighterFit Fempowerment Program encompasses all that women need to take control of their lives. It begins with feeling good—about themselves, all their possibilities, their bodies, and finding the true power that lays within the body. Our bodies are infinitely more brilliant than our minds. I teach Women and Teen Girls to listen to their bodies. I teach them to use their voices, and to stand up for themselves. Together we develop and cultivate their #badasscourage. When you feel the brilliance and power of your body, you will know true confidence, for it will be embedded. Embedded confidence will allow you to stand up tall, be big, get loud, be heard and make choices that you will feel great about owning. It all starts with getting your body fit & healthy.
