Mainstream Claraty Arts

The Claraty Arts Project is an arts program, studio, and gallery in Santa Cruz with the purpose to support and advance the development of a new, positive, collective identity for developmentally disabled adults via arts education, training, expression and production. We Pledge to defy any past that imprisons, embrace the unknown for the hope and possibilities it offers to transform our realities, and, accept our responsibility to reject and reconstruct imposed identities that define any human being as unwanted, unneeded, or unknown.
