Coastal Watershed Council

The Coastal Watershed Council (CWC), founded in 1995, is a leading organization responsible for preserving and protecting watersheds on California’s Central Coast through watershed monitoring, education and stewardship. CWC founded the San Lorenzo River Alliance in December 2013 as a public-private partnership, the goal of which is to bring positive changes to the San Lorenzo River that will result in healthier habitat, increased community access and a sense of pride for this key river.
