Balint Advisors is a healthcare consulting firm. We serve as strategic advisors to senior leaders who hold bold visions to transform their teams, their organizations, and their fields. Our primary focus areas include innovation in healthcare delivery, operational excellence, population health, organizational growth, health equity, and value-based care. We assist in producing measurable improvements in patient outcomes, financial performance, and quality measures. We center on the needs of the population served and align strategy and innovation in service delivery and reimbursement models to execute on the patients’ needs. We align stakeholders to co-design care models and business models with patient communities, health systems, payors, community partners, and other stakeholders. Building on previous physician executive leadership experience, we work with payer and provider organizations in both employer-sponsored and government programs (Medicare, Medicaid). We bring a deep understanding of risk contracting, delegated partnership, and clinical program development from both the payer and delivery system point of view.
