Spontaneous Confections is a specialty pastry and chocolate confections business in Santa Cruz, founded by Pastry Chef Justin Lenorovitz. After years of sharing his homemade creations with neighbors and friends, Justin launched the business in 2023, drawing on his training at the prestigious Institut Culinaire de France in Bordeaux, France. We use less sugar than most traditional pastries, letting the rich, natural flavors of California shine. While we offer classic pastries, we also create bold, unique flavor combinations and artistic treats you won’t find anywhere else.
