Measure D will Get Santa Cruz County Moving by: • Fixing potholes • Easing traffic congestion on Highway 1 and other congested roads • Speeding up emergency response • Improving safety for children walking and bicycling near schools • Expanding safe bike routes • Maintaining senior and disabled transit services • Improving traffic flow on highways and reducing dangerous neighborhood cut-through traffic • Preserving transportation options on the rail corridor • Investing in transportation projects that reduce pollution-caused global warming
