All cancellations must be received in writing to administration@santacruzchamber.org. All cancellations will be charged a $25 administrative fee in the case of approved refunds. All cancellations between 14 – 30 days prior to an event will receive a 50% refund minus the administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received within 2 weeks of an event date.
