He has mentored companies and individuals in how to measure and track success, target/OKR setting, business review processes, branding, marketing, product management, program management, HR-related issues, sustainable business practices, and management. He is also a co-founder at Ventana Surfboards & Supplies, which aims to be the most environmentally responsible surf company on the planet. He lives and works on the Westside of Santa Cruz.

As the holiday season approaches, we are excited to invite you to our Business Friendsgiving Networking Event! This event is the perfect opportunity to start your holidays on a festive note while reconnecting with fellow business professionals in our community.

In the spirit of being thankful and giving, we will be accepting donations on behalf of the Community Foundation's Equal Access Santa Cruz County fund. This fund helps support Cruzio's commitment to make low-cost, high-speed reliable internet available to everyone in their homes, no matter their income level or where they live. There was a subsidy available for low-income families for a few years but it just ran out a few months ago and a lot of families are falling through the cracks. When donating any size donation is welcome and you can increase your donation in increments of $10 through our system.
