You must be a member of the Santa Cruz County Chamber of Commerce to exhibit at this event. Non-member booth price includes a fee of $350 for 2023-2024 membership.

HEALTH & WELLNESS PAVILION: Booths 40 - 62 are reserved for our health and wellness providers including nutritionists, chiropractors, massage therapists, medical providers, etc. Booth assignments will be finalized by chamber staff to help distribute company types evenly.

FOOD VENDORS: If you are interested in becoming a food vendor, providing samples to attendees through the expo and in turn receiving special vendor pricing, please contact amy.sousa@santacruzchamber.org.

Booths are sold on a first-come first-served basis.

BOOTHS INCLUDE:

Your booth space will be 8 feet wide by 8 feet deep. Your booth will contain a 6ft. table with linens and one chair. You may have any of this furniture removed if you choose.
If you need extra table or electricity - be sure to select those options during registration.
There will be NO PIPE & DRAPE available at this outdoor venue. We recommend bringing a canopy with weights for each leg to protect against wind.
Displays may not be over 9’ tall and cannot impede the view of booths on other side.
Professional headshot photo - Looking to enhance your professional image with an updated headshot? Look no further! We're excited to announce that Melody from OdyMac Photo will be present at the expo, providing exhibitors with complimentary professional images to make sure you put your best face forward.

Join us from 5:30 - 7:00pm for an evening on the bay with delicious snacks, tasty libations and lovely music.

Space is limited to 25 attendees per time slot.

Individuals will need to check in at the top of Dock I by 5:00pm to sign waivers, a short briefing and boarding for on-time departure.

What to Wear

Dress in layers as you may find a need to adjust your attire. The weather on the Monterey Bay can be unpredictable with warm sun one minute and then cloud coverage, fog or wind the next. Bring a jacket and wear sunscreen. Beanie type hats and gloves are recommended during winter months. If there is a chance of light rain you may wish to bring a rain jacket. However we do have rain ponchos available for a $2.00, if you wish.

NO heeled shoes. This means no high heels, wedges, or heeled boots due to the unpredictable motion of the ocean.
