This workshop will use creative activities to tenderly encourage expression, insight, and growth in a supportive environment. Members will be offered new ways to tell their story, express emotions without words, and feel connected and supported as they creatively honor their grief and loved ones. Presenters:
Karin M. Cogbill
Karin Cogbill is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Employment & Labor Law Practice in the San Jose office. She represents and counsels employers in connection with all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws.

Karin devotes a significant portion of her practice to representing employers in wage and hour litigation, with an emphasis on class, collective and hybrid actions, in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Eric Bellafronto
Eric Bellafronto is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Employment & Labor Law Practice in the San Jose office. He represents public and private clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and agency hearings involving a wide array of employment law issues.

Eric also provides advice and counsel to clients in all areas of employment law and assists with the drafting and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, designed to avoid litigation and ensure compliance with increasingly complicated legal requirements. He also routinely develops and presents training programs to managers regarding compliance with the law, risk reduction, and improving employee performance and morale.

Sean Bothamley
Sean Bothamley is an associate in Hopkins & Carley’s Employment & Labor Practice group.

Sean has experience representing clients in Federal and California courts, in arbitrations, and before various governmental agencies, covering a wide range of disputes, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, whistleblower rights, wage and hour and employment misclassification claims, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Elaisha Nandrajog
Elaisha Nandrajog is an associate in Hopkins & Carley’s Employment & Labor Practice group.

Elaisha represents employers in a wide range of matters in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies. She has experience defending companies in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and failure to accommodate. Her work involves complex wage and hour class actions as well as representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.

In addition to her litigation practice, Elaisha advises employers and managers on hiring, screening, and termination practices and various wage and hour compliance issues. She is also involved in the development and review of company policies to identify risk and ensure compliance. Elaisha additionally provides due diligence review of target companies in mergers and acquisitions and has conducted internal employment investigations for public and private employers in the Bay Area. Elaisha’s commercial litigation experience includes work on breach of contract, fraud, and unfair competition and interference claims.
