Every Wednesday, Blind Tiger Open Mic brings together stand-up comics, magicians, and improv and sketch artists in a fast-paced three hour show! All the action takes place on the lobby stage in the "Petri Dish Cafe" at the Lab with snacks, locally-made craft beer, cider, soda, and kombucha on tap--plus wine and non-alcoholic bottled beverages. DNA's Comedy Lab Presents: The Sloth Storytelling Show, a new 90-minute weekly program with music, games, and storytime for adults. Join your friends at the Lab on Thursdays and follow the Sloth on Facebook. Storytellers are given a weekly theme around which to entertain, soothe, challenge, and find common ground with us, in a way that only a story can. Welcome to the Santa Cruz Co-Ed Chapter of Leads Club! The Purpose of Ali Lassen’s Leads Club is to assist you in getting good business referrals that will expand your business success. Leads Club is dedicated to maximizing the use of your time and resources to get good business referrals. To accomplish this goal, Leads Club uses a method of spaced, timed, repetition of information. We are not a social club. We are a business dedicated to your business . This group meets every Tuesday in Santa Cruz from 1:00 to 2:15pm. Meetings are currently held at David Lyng Real Estate at 1041 41st Avenue Santa Cruz, CA 95062. You are welcome to attend up to 2 meetings to see how our networking system works. With a mix of side-splitting humor & actionable strategies for reducing stress, it's the perfect event to gather your remote teams & colleagues for a morale boosting get together to end the week!

Paul Osincup is a Speaker and Humor Strategist who uses his experience in stand-up and improv comedy to help organizations create happier, healthier, and more connected places to work. Paul’s global mission for workplace happiness has provided him the opportunity to work with hundreds of organizations including Nasdaq, Cisco, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Leadership. He’s a content creator for Happify, an app that provides evidence-based solutions for emotional health and well-being for over 4 million users. Paul is also a certified Stress Mastery Educator with the American Institute of Stress, and a training partner with the international work culture consultancy, “Delivering Happiness.” His TEDx Talk: “Leading with Laughter, the Power of Humor in Leadership” is used in corporate and collegiate leadership courses around the world and he is the President of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, an international organization dedicated to the study and application of humor to enhance health and human performance. Emily Van Dyke is a new mom with old vices. Emily delivers sharp wit, silly commentary and a heavy dose of honesty. Emily has opened for Colin Quinn and Judah Friedlander, she performs at SF Sketchfest and is a local favorite in the Bay Area.

DNA is an award-winning producer of festivals and events throughout California. Pre-COVID he produced the Santa Cruz Comedy Festival, The Chico Comedy Festival and co-produced Comedy Day in Golden Gate Park. DNA's Comedy Lab was opened in the beginning of 2019 and had almost 300 productions in its first year, becoming a cultural hub of Santa Cruz. DNA has also written numerous cover stories for Good Times newspaper, as well as many other media outlets, and has appeared on NPR's Snap Judgement.
