The operational landscape of efficient teams, effective supplier networks, and mutually satisfying customer-vendor transactions is rapidly changing. Dart Lindsley, a Cisco Systems strategist, will share his observations about the structures and evolving principles that guide business excellence at the Chamber's 124th Annual Meeting and Luncheon January 26 at the Cocoanut Grove.
The Annual Luncheon also features the introduction of the Chamber's board and officers, acknowledgment of retiring board members, appreciation of sponsors and volunteers, and a report on the state of the Chamber and its plans for 2012.
Dart is responsible for ensuring that the company's human resources adapt quickly to changes in business demand. In his role as Leader of Business Architecture he works within Cisco to evaluate and design the structures both within the organization and in which the organization operates to improve processes and productivity. Dart is also a member of the advisory board of the Future of Talent Institute, an international organization of HR executives developing a new vision of how talent can be nurtured and optimized in businesses and organizations.
