Event Description: Your values define you and guide you towards living your ideal life. Every choice, every action you make is an example of your values. When we are making choices that leave us feeling guilty, ashamed, taken advantage of, etc... we are not living in alignment with our core values. This information packed workshop was created to get you thinking with absolute clarity about what you value most, and how that reflects in your life. This is a hands-on approach. We'll be getting deep into the inner folds of our being, getting crystal clear in what we stand for, the foundation that everything pivots from.
