Karen Calcagno, author of a new column, 'Ask Coach Karen C," is CEO of Advantage Family Business Center. Advantage Family Business Center helps families who are struggling with relationship issues particularly when there is money involved. Karen holds professional certification in the areas of coaching, mediation, facilitation, education, family systems and relationship systems coaching. In addition to working with her own large and diverse family through trustee and inheritance issues, her personal experience as a long time family business owner, and family coach has made her a leader in the field of relationship coaching when the stakes are high and the emotions are hot. 

Santa Cruz Women in Business hosts the Caffeineighted small-meeting networking series the first Thursday of each month. Caffeineighted is designed to create a more intimate atmosphere and an opportunity for teaching and learning.

Limited to 40 participants, the session also includes introductions and conversation. A light breakfast is served. The cost is $15 for SC Chamber members and $25 for non-members. Caffeineighted is organized by the Santa Cruz Chamber Women in Business committee but everyone is welcome, men included.
