Peregrine falcons are opportunistic apex avian predators. Flying at more than two hundred miles per hour, they prey almost exclusively upon other birds. More than any other photographer in the world, Nick Dunlop has captured the extraordinary drama that unfolds as peregrines hunt in the vertical environment above us. Join wildlife photographer and naturalist Nick Dunlop and Glenn Stewart, coordinator of the Santa Cruz Predatory Bird Research Group, as they take you on the “hunt.” You’ll see amazing photos and hear fascinating tales about these remarkable birds.
