Sandman Triathlon 

The Triathlon consists of a .5 mile swim, 13 mile bike, and 4.2 mile run. The event also offers a Duathlon (bike and run) and a 1 mile Youth Fun Run.

The event begins at 8 a.m. at Seacliff State Beach in Aptos.
