Women in Business will launch its new small-meeting networking series, Caffeineighted, Thursday, May 7, 8:00 a.m. at Café Limelight, 1016 Cedar Street.
Caffeineighted will feature conversations with interesting business people. The May 7 event features Peggy Dolgenos, CEO and co-founder of Cruzio, who will talk about leadership. Limited to 30 participants, the session will also include introductions and conversation. A light breakfast will be served. The cost is $15 for Chamber members and $25 for non-members.
Peggy Dolgenos began Cruzio with Chris Nelason in 1989 in a Westside Santa Cruz garage. Peggy used her academic back ground including degree in Management from Yale University and Computer Science from UCSC as a platform, but has “earned her stripes” from experience creating Santa Cruz’s largest internet service provider.
Caffeineighted is an outgrowth of the Chamber’s Women in Business programs, designed to create a more intimate atmosphere and an opportunity for teaching and learning.
