Event Description: Join us for a six week long workshop series for anyone dealing with the challenges of living with an ongoing health condition. Learn about stress management, dealing with pain and fatigue, weight-management and decision making in a fun, interactive and safe environment. Workshops are led by peer counselors in partnership with the HealthTrust. Participants are requested to attend each session, and registration is required.
