The Santa Cruz Area Chamber of Commerce's travel program offers learning trips that are a chance for local Santa Cruz county residents to travel together to exotic locations, at an affordable price, and starting right here in Santa Cruz. The trips are open to Chamber members and non-members. All the travel details are taken care of by our local Santa Cruz travel agent, including courtesy transportation from Santa Cruz to and from the airport, hotel reservations, many meals, deluxe tour buses, English-speaking tour guides, and more.
Learn about our fall trip to China on the tour enjoyed by 870 Santa Cruzans in 2008 and 2009. Travel in China continues to enthrall and amaze visitors. The Santa Cruz Area Chamber is partnering with Pacific Harbor Travel to offer the Citslinc tour. This fascinating trip includes Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou, including visits to the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, Tienanmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven. The September 30, 2011 departure will feature a new optional tour of Guilin, the majestic and mysterious land of the “stairway to heaven” in southern China.
