Breakfast Briefing:
Performance Management, Discipline & Termination

Employee Performance Management is a process for establishing a shared workforce understanding about what is to be achieved at an organizational level. It is about aligning the organizations objectives with the employees' agreed measures, skills, competency requirements, development plans and the delivery of results. The emphasis is on improvement, learning and development in order to achieve the overall business strategy and to create a high performance workforce.

Effective supervisors are able to establish performance standards, deliver feedback in a way that enhances the performance of all employees (not just those who are not meeting expectations) and, when necessary, implement terminations in a manner that does not create legal risk for the organization or damage its culture.  This 2 hour seminar will offer practical tips on how to accomplish these basic but extremely important tasks and mitigate possible negative ramifications to the corporation.
