Rhiannon Crain works with Cornell University’s Lab of Ornithology as a local leader on the YardMap project. YardMap is a socially networked habitat mapping project studying the use of crowdsourcing to further conservation practices in backyards, on farms, in parks, and on public lands. YardMap integrates data collection with social networking, rendering it a compelling tool for studying and supporting environmental discourse and behavior across the nation. Join us for this stimulating talk and learn how to get your Yard on the Map!
