Janet offers one-on-one coaching and leads workshops, webinars and teleconferences that help individuals and groups discover, uncover and discard patterns of behavior that are roadblocks to their success. Janet has been a certified practitioner in hypnotherapy since 1994, and has since added emotional freedom technique (tapping) and neurolinguistic (NLP) to her change agent credentials.
She is an active board member of the Women’s Association of Addiction Treatment, the Net Worth Recovery Center, and a member of the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce. She is currently the National Board Chair for the Women’s Networking Alliance.

The Santa Cruz Women Leadership Network’s mission is to build a new generation of qualified women leaders in order to reflect the diversity of our population.
