Each winter, the famed Shadowbrook Restaurant generously hosts Community Tuesdays, raising funds for many local non-profits.
The Diversity Center will be the recipient of the Shadowbrook's donation on April 5, 2011.
The Shadowbrook donates one-third of all food and beverage sales from those who specify they are dining for The Diversity Center.
