Our speakers will be Dan Pyne, Karen Reinhold and Ernest Malaspina:

    Daniel F. Pyne
Dan Pyne is the co-chair of Hopkins & Carley’s Employment Law Department. Dan advises and represents employers in a wide variety of matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour matters, leaves of absence, unfair competition and employee mobility (covenants not to compete and not to solicit), development and implementation of employment policies and procedures, and avoidance of litigation. Dan has served as lead counsel for his clients in both state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Dan’s clients include businesses, non-profit organizations and executives. Many of his clients operate in the technology industry, but others are engaged in manufacturing, professional services and agriculture.
    Karen Reinhold
Karen Reinhold specializes in representing employers, executives and occasionally employees, on employment-related matters. She is the Co-Chair of Hopkins & Carley’s Employment Law Department. Karen served for fifteen years as in-house employment and trial counsel for a large publicly traded corporation and also practiced law for many years with a large multinational law firm. In addition to providing advice and counsel on a broad range of employment-related legal issues, Karen has extensive experience as a trial lawyer, having successfully tried many employment or employment-related cases to jury verdict in state and federal court. Karen’s current practice involves advice and counsel, as well as litigation and trial, regarding the following matters: employee mobility and restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair Business practices, wage and hour practices, discrimination and wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and employment contracts
    Ernest Malaspina
