Event Description: Knife Skills Understanding the proper use of your kitchen knives makes cooking more enjoyable and less stressful. Learn the proper hand & knife positions for slicing, dicing, mincing and peeling. Practice cutting low & cutting high, the push technique and the pull technique and which knife to use for each job. Learn to chiffonade herbs, supreme fruit, and julienne vegetables. Practice the proper grip to relieve arm shoulder and side ache.
