Bookkeeping 101

Learn the basics needed to keep and maintain clear and accurate financial records, and streamline the record-keeping process, freeing up valuable time for business owners. Whether the books are kept in-house or by an outside contractor, this seminar will give small business owners the foundation needed for sound business practices and peace of mind.

The Central Coast Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Cabrillo College is pleased to announce that Wells Fargo has provided funding for its popular Small Business Seminar Series for the fourth consecutive year in 2011. The partnership allows the SBDC and its presenters, experienced professionals in their respective fields, to continue the series which shares essential business skills to hundreds of Santa Cruz County small business owners in a range of industries.

The series offers seminars on four business topics: Creating a Business Plan, Marketing 101, Bookkeeping 101, and Basic QuickBooks. Presented in a rotating schedule February 3 through December 7, the series is held at the new Watsonville Public Library in the government center on Main Street with an affordable cost of $30 per seminar.
