The former Wrigley factory on the Westside has become an incubator for growing small businesses and workspace for artists. Come view the the multimillion-dollar renovation completed for the U.S. Geological Survey's Pacific Coastal and Marine Science Center and the second-floor spaces home to industrial/arts suites. The former Wrigley Building, is considered to be the largest building in Santa Cruz County at 385,000 square feet. The building houses over 240,000 square feet of office and manufacturing, with near unlimited capacity for warehousing. Santa Cruz Chamber Networking Mixers are held on the last Wednesday of each month from 5 - 7 pm.
