Event Description: Teen Space: Want a space to kick back, crack open a pack of Arduinos and work on wacky high-tech projects after school? MakersFactory Teen Space is the place for you! Hang out, work with, and learn from your peers, guided by MakersFactory technicians, as you explore cutting-edge technology and collaborate on a variety of projects. Teen Space members get easy access to MakersFactory machines and software (standard material and labor charges apply) Topics that may be covered include: LEGO Robotics NXT Electronics 3D Animation 3D Modeling Designing for Laser Cutting Video Game Design Designing for 3D Printing Programming Minecraft Modding/Redstone/Open Play Runs weekly from September 11th 2013 – June 11th 2-13. Clubs will not be held the last week in November, the last two weeks in December 2013, the first week in January 2014 or March 31st-April 5th 2014 (spring break). Price: $45 per week, $145 per month ($40 OFF WEEKLY PRICE!) If you would like to pay per month please bring payment to the office.
