An Educational and Experiential Art Workshop for People in the Helping Professions
Absolutely No Artistic Experience Required for this Workshop

Explore the healing power of positive imagery in a six hour, experiential art therapy workshop.
Discover the benefits of the multi-media art process as a powerful tool to increase self-awareness;
manage stress and anxiety; promote mindfulness, empowerment and healing.

During the workshop you will create practical and inexpensive art objects.
These art processes may be used with children, teens and adults:
Zen Board Images (you will take home a Zen Board),
ZZ Visual Journal Page,
Mandala Collage,
Hero’s Wand
and so much more!
