About University Business Park
University Business Park is the former Wrigley Building, deemed to be the largest building in Santa Cruz County at 385,000 square feet. Located in the heart of Santa Cruz's westside, the building has direct access to Hwy 1 and is only minutes to UCSC. The building houses over 240,000 square feet of office and manufacturing, with near unlimited capacity for warehousing. We can accommodate most any use and can lease the space as a shell or highly finished out. Our Western Business Storage can also store from 1000 to 140,000 square feet on a monthly or long term basis, in a naturally dry and temperate controlled environment.

About Second Harvest Food BankThe mission of Second Harvest is to end hunger and malnutrition by educating and involving the community. Every $1 donated provides 4 healthy meals to those in need. There are over 55,000 working poor parents, children and seniors in need of food each month in Santa Cruz County. Half of those served are children with no other resource for a nutritious meal.
About Summit to Sea WineriesThe Summit to Sea Wine Trail is a unique collection of wineries, each ready to welcome you with hospitality and exceptional award winning wines. It only takes a day to fully enjoy the Wine Trail or you can plan a few weekends to experience all that each winery has to offer. We invite you to explore this site and see where the trail leads you. You’ll find more than just great wine!
Santa Cruz Chamber Networking Mixers are held on the last Wednesday of each month from 5 - 7 pm. Mixers are a great place to network in a social atmosphere, and hosting a mixer provides an opportunity for member businesses to showcase their locations, products, and services. If you are interested in hosting a mixer, please contact Paul Zech at paul@santacruzchamber.org or 831-247-3007.
