An auction and a "Grande Cena Pasta Italiana" dinner, with a gluten-free option, will be held on Thursday, June 13, to benefit the  San Lorenzo Valley Museum and its programs. The event, which begins with a silent auction at 6 p.m.at Scopazzi's Restaurant at 13300 Big Basin Way, Boulder Creek. It will be followed by a live auction and dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Among the items offered at auction is a sandblasted and reverse-painted, framed glass artwork of Big Basin Auto Tree by Zane Williams. Other items to be auctioned are tickets to the Giants (versus Dodgers), Beach Blanket Babylon, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, Beach Boardwalk, Happy Hollow Park and Zoo in San Jose, and Roaring Camp Railroad.You can also bid on wine tours and wine, get-away trips, restaurant certificates, artisan jewelry, family and entertainment packages.
