Please join us in celebrating the opening of the new Acute Rehabilitation Center at Dominican Hospital with a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
The Acute Rehab Center is one of our key initiatives of the Hospital and we have received $500,000 from the Monterey Peninsula Foundation for that project. They will be naming the Active Daily Living Apartment. This is a three year grant which requires matching funds. P.G.& E. provided funds for the opening reception. Both Allen Properties and Fernandes & Sons (the project contractor) have named $25,000 rooms in the Acute Rehab Center as well. See the new therapy gym, the innovative transitional living apartment and the latest approaches to patient comfort.
