The Chamber’s membership lunch on Thursday, July 18, will offer each participant an opportunity to describe their vision and explore how these ideas might be melded into shared expectations. Peter Gaarn and Gary Merrill are two of the Bay Area’s premier facilitators. Peter continues to work with corporations, educational insitutions, local governments, and nonprofits to improve strategies and build leadership. Gary, the former Executive Director of the Santa Cruz County Business Council, is a principal in Leadership One, a consulting group that focuses on privately-held businesses and, especially, on their leadership and succession planning. Our quarterly member meetings feature experts that keep members on top of current business trends in locally, regionally, and nationally. Chamber member breakfast and luncheon meetings are an opportunity to come together for conversation about community, economics, and key local issues.
