Luma is a family-focused yoga center that nurtures and supports parents and children. We are a yoga studio, family retreat, wellness center, and gathering place. Luma offers an array of yoga and movement classes catered to the needs of busy parents and curious kids from birth to adolescence. Our wellness center provides services that support expectant parents and growing families. On-site practitioners include massage therapists, acupuncturists, and nutritionists. At Luma, you’ll find experienced instructors, simultaneous programming for parents and kids, and a family-friendly lounge where we invite you to relax and take a break.
