Daniel F. Pyne is a shareholder with the law fi rm of Hopkins & Carley in San Jose, where he serves as the chair of the firm’s employment law department. Mr. Pyne advises clients on a broad spectrum of issues relating to employment and human resources including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, personnel policies, leaves of absence, and unfair competition. He also represents clients in lawsuits regarding employment issues including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and trade secret cases. Mr. Pyne serves as lead counsel for his clients in both the trial and appellate courts. He speaks frequently at seminars throughout the Bay Area and provides training to clients on many issues relating to employment and human resources.
