Perhaps the most positive impact of the current financial and business crises will be its confrontation of a business culture that has been ruled entirely by quarterly financial statements and ‘bottom line’ results. There is broad conversation about business values and the myopia that led to derivatives, ‘liars loans’, and record consumer debt.

Hina Pendle is an experienced facilitator who has worked with businesses and community groups to confront and resolve crisis. Hina’s reputation for insight and success in helping people find new paths and creative resolutions has made her a ‘go-to’ consultant for tough problems and interesting opportunities.
