Event Description: Join Chef Lauren Hoover-West for a hands-on cooking class on nutritious, delicious lunches that give you all the energy you need. Make creative sandwiches, salads, home-made mayonnaise, salad dressings, hummus, trail mix snack balls, and smoothies. Registration required.
