We’ll focus on understanding 2 key aspects of performance: how we like to get work done and what motivates us. You’ll come away with new insights about yourself and others, plus practical ways to immediately implement what you’ve learned and see results. In this workshop, you will … •Learn characteristics, strengths, and potential flags of 4 styles and 7 ambitions •Learn questions to ask others which explore and reveal, not pre-judge, preferences •Learn strategies for effectively working with people having different preferences •Identify your preferred styles and ambitions, thus building your strengths •Explore areas of potential stress and strategies for reducing it Benefits •More trusting, productive relationships with peers, customers, business partners •Better communication, fewer misunderstandings •Focused developmental efforts for maximum growth •Informed role and career choices Bring a colleague: When people have a shared understanding and language, performance is accelerated. Workshop participants •Complete an online survey prior to workshop •Receive a confidential report of their results in an easy-to-read format with graphical displays; report outlines optimal work and learning environment, plus tips and traps regarding communicating, managing and motivating. •Receive resources to continue mining the data for gold after the workshop.
