Join the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History, United Veterans Council of Santa Cruz County, and local military and veterans organizations as we commemorate Santa Cruz's 145th Memorial Day Observance. This year's traditional remembrance features Brock McNabb, who served with the US Army in Afghanistan, Mayor Don Lane, as well as musical and spoken tributes in remembrance of those who have served and are currently serving. Cost: Free After the formal program, join the United Veterans Council of Santa Cruz County and American Legion Post 64 for a BBQ event featuring photography by Jeremiah Ridgeway, historical tours of Evergreen Cemetery, and a luncheon hosted by the Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 10110 at the Portuguese Hall at 12noon.
