Join the winemakers of the Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association on Sunday May 20th, from 1pm to 5pm for a unique event pairing wine, food, music, and a trip on the Santa Cruz Mountains Wine Express at Roaring Camp Railroads. Start your day by boarding the train for a trip through the redwoods - a full service ride that includes wine tasting and a round of appetizers, plus breathtaking scenery. The train leaves the station at 1:30pm. Please arrive by 1pm.
Then enjoy the rest of your day sampling the offerings from all of the wineries of the Santa Cruz Mountains (over 70!) from your own local appellation; picnic in the sun; play family games; or just relax and enjoy live music. This is the only opportunity to taste all of the Santa Cruz Mountains wineries in one location!
Wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres from local restaurants will accompany a silent and live auction. Auction items include rare wines, getaways to world class resorts, unique private winemakers' dinners and much more.
Please join us to sip wines from America's Premier Mountain Appellation! Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome for the event and on the train!
Tickets are $55 in advance and $65 at the door and $20 for children under 12 years old.
