Women in Business will host its small-meeting networking series, Caffeineighted, Thursday, May 6, 2010 , 7:30a.m. - 9:00 a.m. at Santa Cruz Chamber Meeting Room, 611 Ocean St., Ste 1.
"Whether I shall turn out to be the hero of my own life, or whether that station will be held by anybody else…” David Copperfield’s – and Charles Dickens’s – enduring question, has never been more relevant. IN a time of great change, what does it take to refocus our energy, find renewed vitality, and create a strategy that makes us “the hero” of our own lives?
Join Susan London in an interactive conversation on new ways of thinking about what you’re really up to in your business... and your life. We’ll focus on out-of-the-box perspectives of what it takes to create a dynamic future, one that draws resources to you and invigorates you. Susan says, “It takes intention to pay attention to a world of relationship, energy and presence, as well as staying tuned to the practical, more linear concerns that you deal with every day. Your future lies in your ability to encompass both successfully.”
No matter what your current circumstances or challenges are, you can become the visionary leader of your own life and one of those “entrepreneurs of themselves” who build resilience through difficult times.
Limited to 40 participants, the session will also include introductions and conversation. A light breakfast will be served. The cost is $15 for SC Chamber members and $25 for non-members.
Caffeineighted is held the first Thursday of each month. Caffeineighted is an outgrowth of the Chamber’s Women in Business programs, designed to create a more intimate atmosphere and an opportunity for teaching and learning.
You may reserve your space by clicking on the red Register button below. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
