“Women in Motion” Inaugural Event

Women in Business (WiB) has been a movin’ and shakin’ in the last couple of years – Remember these moments:

• Luncheons featuring local and national speakers such as John Grey (Men are from Mars, Woman are from Venus), and Annie Morehauser owner of Annieglass
• Introduction of “Call to Action” which produced an out pouring of toiletries for Women’s Crisis Center, Teddy Bears for the Red Cross, and Coats for Kids
• Caffeineighted speakers such as Karen Calcagno on using “Civility” to create change, Maggie Barr on Best Email Practices and Joanna Doubleday on Online Reputation Management
• Our annual Leadership Forum with a full day of keynotes, networking and breakout sessions designed to give you the tools needed for a successful life and career

 

Well, we are ready to bust out again with Women in Motion 2012. This gathering of extraordinary women will build the circle linking together any woman that has ever attended a luncheon, Caffeineighted, or Forum event, any woman that has ever contributed to Luncheon Committee, the Women’s Leadership Committee, or Caffeineighted Committee, AND any woman interested in creating the next wave of women-based leadership.

Your participation will shape the 2013 Women in Business program. 2012 was the first year WiB created an umbrella topic – “Leadership and Conflict Resolution”. This has been very successful and we are ready to turn this over to you – our Women in Motion 2012.
