Assemblymember Monning will provide a short update on his role in implementing the federal Affordable Care Act as the Chair of the Assembly Committee on Health, and Commissioner Jones will provide a short overview and update of the responsibilities of the California Department of Insurance. After the presentations, there will be a short question and answer session.
