The Seabright Sirens - SCDG's up and comers - will be playing their first home bout of the season at the Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium on Sunday, May 6th versus Shasta Roller Derby. How will our girls be prepping to secure a win on their home turf this Sunday? "Practice, team bonding, yoga, hydration, and rock and roll!" says Special Agent Utah. We can't wait to see Utah and her teammates rock'n and rollin' on the track this weekend against Shasta Derby!

Sunday's double header will also feature the Gromshells, Santa Cruz Derby Girls' junior derby full-contact team. The Groms will take on the Seattle Derby Brats at 1 p.m. The Groms showed they are primed for some derby action at an exhibition game last month, and we can't wait to see this small and mighty team flex their strength this weekend against Seattle.
