Inkscape is a free open source program that can replace Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics. It is the primary software used to create self adhesive signage, laser cut, and laser engraved items on our Epilog laser cutter and Roland vinyl cutter. MakersFactory is a new educational maker space in downtown Santa Cruz, CA, where students of all ages will learn and use exciting new technology for 3D printing, modeling, animation, and robotics.
