We encourage local companies to consider becoming a mentor and supervise a student intern through our undergraduate economics field study program! We sponsor student internships in fields such as data analytics, marketing, research, sales, events, finance, accounting, administration, and human resources. Employers share some words of praise about UC Santa Cruz student interns: “[the intern] is amazing. The best self-starter, take-her-own-initiative intern we have ever had here!” “[the intern] was an extremely quick learner, and such a great student to work with!
