Santa Cruz, CA - The Santa Cruz County Office of Education is recruiting people with experience in high demand/high skill careers to share their trade with high school students, to help the students develop career-specific knowledge and experience. The positions needed include: Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Science, Construction, Sports Medicine, Agricultural Business, Welding, and Music Production. Information on these and other teaching opportunities across the county will be available at a Recruitment Fair on Saturday April 23, from 10:00-2:00. Representatives from the following school districts and organizations will be available to share what they have to offer and answer questions. School Districts: Live Oak, Pacific Elementary, San Lorenzo Valley Unified, Mountain Elementary, Pajaro Valley Unified, Santa Cruz City Soquel Union Elementary Santa Cruz/Silicon Valley New Teacher Project Regional Occupational Program Career Technical Education Representatives Substitute and Credential Analysts The Career Fair will be held at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, 400 Encinal St. Santa Cruz.
